My brother-in-law has been a long time employee of Chick-Fil-A, so I’m well aware of their second mile service policies. I think every organization can learn a thing or 5 from Chick-Fil-A and their customer service! The girl in this video demonstrates third mile service with restraint that I can’t even imagine having.
